The MiG-23M as it stands after its buff is a very agile plane with excellent ratefighting ability. It has strong missiles overall, though the R-23s aren't anywhere close to being as good as the sparrows other nations get. The R-13M-1s are somewhere between a 9G and 9J in terms of performance and are great medium range IR missiles to utilize.
